Got there with the knowledge of what I wanted. Got in went to the midle of the store 4 employes were discussing their tasks for the day, as soon as they saw me they greated me in unison. I said hi to each of them then ask if they had the item i was looking for. One of them showed me exacly where it was. Some of them didn't have a price indicated, she whent right away to make them, in 2 sec she was back with them. She also answered questions I had about an other product that I was not familier with.
I don't know what I would do without DeSerres because they have very exclusive things not available elsewhere. They are always happy to help you and do great efforts to find what you looking for. They are cheaper for many things like notebook compared to other local stores.
Lots of art equipment. Nice staff. They know where everything is!
