Travail efficace MAIS il surfacture...... tant au travail j' ai demand ma fille de calculer son temps. Il a travaill une demi- heure et m' a charg 85$. N' ayant pas la pice dans son camion il revient avec un autre homme et me charge pour une demi- heure.... ..: 204$Habitant Boisbriand et le commerce de M.Lalonde tant 5 minutes de chez moi je trouve trs innapropri qu' il me charge chaque dplacement (2) 50 dollars pour un seul appel de service excut en deux temps un lundi et un jeudi de la mme semaine..ABUS... Le rappelant une pause M.Lalonde m' a dit qu' il m' a fait un prix spcial en riantl!!!

He is dishonest and he overcharged. I called him to connect the water to my fridge. He came at 3pm and told me he was going to come the next day to do the job because he thought it was going to take 2-3 hours. The next day, he send one of his workers at 2pm which completed the job in 1 hour but still charged me Mario's time from the day before. When i called to ask him about that charge, he said that estimations are not free. I told him that i never asked for an estimation, its him that didnt feel like doing the job on the spot and wanted to return the next day. He then became super defensive and said "you clients are all the same, you want everything for free". I replied that he took advantage and is dishonest , he said "if 40$ is that important to you then, i'll come give you your 40$ back tomorrow". He never showed up! Im never dealing with him again, I'm sure there's many OTHER honest plumbers out there!
Ils se sont prsents comme prvu au RDV, mon rservoir d'eau chaude tait magan deux endroits (pas grave, c'est seulement l'extrieur selon le technicien), ils ont march sur mon tapis beige avec leurs bottes mouills (je dois faire laver mon tapis) et pour finir le tout, l'installation n'est pas termine, ils ont install mon rservoir d'eau 60 gallons dans un rservoir non connect au drain NOUS ON FAIT PAS CELA, aucune utilit vous allez pouvoir voir l'eau mont et ragir !!! TRS MAUVAIS
