Star suite's had a trailer in the camping section at AIM in Montreal. On the Saturday, the first day they were opened, the trailers had to be shut down because they were clogging and over flowing. There has to be a system in place to prevent this from happening. We pay for a service and that service needs to be provided without question. I do understand that these things happen but there has to be a better plan b. The staff outside the unit was very friendly and nice and did his best to help.
